Please be mindful that product prices displayed are inclusive of all Thai duties and taxes. As the recipient of the order, delivery outside of Thailand may be subject to local import duties and taxes to release your order from customs on arrival.

As we are unable to advise the exact amount of import duties and taxes, we recommend contacting your local customs office or tax authority before placing an order.

Which countries do you ship to?

Mr.Papayoo ships to Thailand and if your country is not Thailand, please contact us by email at mr.papayoobrand@gmail.com or Line ID: @646yxopa before placing your order.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping fees for Thailand are free.

Shipping fees for outside of Thailand are based on the weight, size, and destination of items along with contacting our customer service team in calculating shipping fees and getting customer confirmation before checkout. Our secure international shipments are processed by Fastship or DHL or FedEx.

All prices include Thailand VAT, but any deliveries of goods outside Thailand may also be subject to import duties and taxes, including customers processing fee and other charges according to the destination country.

When can I expect delivery of my order?

All orders are prepared and delivered Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Thailand time. Please note that a contact number is required for delivery purposes. The absence of contact number may lead to delay in delivery.

Thailand (Bangkok):          expect 2-3 business days

Thailand (other cities):      expect 3-5 business days.

Outside of Thailand:     expect 5-7 business days, depending on shipping destination.

For the delivery in Bangkok, kindly keep in mind that we will make up to two delivery attempts. If the final delivery attempt has been made, and the driver was unable to leave your package. We reserve the right to hold the package and await customers to collect it at the warehouse within 15 days after two delivery attempts.

Our shipping time should be used as a guide only and is based on time from dispatch.
